The Castaway Island is a mandatory passage to go to Otomai Island. But did you know that you can also go back, to accompany a friend to make the quest or to make kamas (put the link of my video) with the resources of the area.
To go to the Island of the Shipwrecked, you must first complete the quest for the passage to Otomai in full.

Fighting against chafers or on the island of the castaways can be complicated if you do not have the right level
Choose the right option when you talk to Captain Kroc or you will go directly to Otomai.
Do not continue the quest once you arrive on the Castaway Island, otherwise you will be taken to Otomai.
